The Refrigerated Warehouse & Transport Association of Australia Ltd (RWTA) is currently holding their 78th Annual Conference and Exhibition. Oomiak is proud to be a Conference Sponsor which this year is being held on Hamilton Island.
The RWTA represents both the warehousing and transport sectors involved in the storage, distribution and transportation of temperature-controlled products in what is known as the Australian Cold Chain.
The Conference theme this year is “The Cold Chain Crisis. Disruption, Automation and Consolidation”. Temperature Controlled Warehousing today operates in a 24/7 supply chain environment. Contemporary supply chains never sleep. Expectations are that the supply chain delivers superior customer service performance, improved speed to market, faster turn-around times for order completion and reduced out of stocks thanks to continual replenishment.
