Swire Cold Storage wanted to reduce their reliance on the use of Freon based refrigerants with the conversion of their Dry Creek DC 2 facility from Freon to ammonia liquid
recirculation.
Oomiak were engaged by Swire’s to design, supply and install refrigeration equipment associated with the conversion of room B that forms part of the DC2 building.
The existing refrigeration plant serving the DC 2 facility remained in operation throughout the installation.
