Project Overview
Installation of a refrigeration solution to overlay an existing bread handling system. The centralised refrigerated chilling system serves bread coolers with optional valving around a central buffer tank.
Oomiak were engaged to upgrade the existing bread cooler at Goodman Fielder’s Burleigh Heads facility to improve product quality on a year-round basis. Two air handling units were installed with the ability to operate utilising refrigerated or economy (evaporative) cooling depending on the ambient conditions.
