Project Overview
Oomiak supplied, installed and commissioned a refrigerated fluid chiller to replace an existing failed unit at Bird in Hand’s Woodside facility.
Factors considered as part of the replacement included;
- Continued increase in annual production volumes
- Problems with the existing chiller location
- Performance of the remaining operational chiller
Oomiak’s work also included installing new primary circulation pumps at the glycol tank area and piping across to the new chiller with return piping back to the existing glycol tank.
